OPINION Richard Ross appeals a turnover order which requires the surrender of a letter of credit and its proceeds in partial payment of an outstanding judgment. At issue is the authority of the Honorable Jose Baca to order the turnover of a corporate asset owned by two business entities of which Ross is the sole shareholder. Finding no abuse of discretion, we affirm.
