Rossman, receiver of the Union & People's National Bank of Jackson, against Ed. T. H. Hutchinson and wife and Joseph Hutchinson for an accounting and money decree, to set aside a conveyance of real estate, and for an injunction. Mary C. Kerschner intervened as a party defendant and by cross bill against plaintiff sought to require the delivery of certain bonds, an accounting and other relief. Decree for plaintiff. Defendants and intervenor appeal. Modified and affirmed.
